Preamble
The following special terms and conditions for the Custom Programming Service apply in addition to Maze Digital Ltd.'s (Maze Digital) General Terms and Conditions – and Data Protection Information. In these Special Terms and Conditions, you will be referred to as “You”, “Customer” or similar words or phrases. Any reference to Applicable Law means all relevant laws and regulations and any voluntary codes and industry self-regulatory codes, including but not limited to all laws relating to equality, race and discrimination issues, data privacy and data rights (including the General Data Protection Regulation), marketing, copyright, design, patent, database and other proprietary rights, consumer laws and regulations and any other law, regulation or code of any kind that is in any way relevant to Your site.

1. General
   1.1 The Custom Programming Service is a service whereby Maze Digital performs modifications and/or programming functions for Your website or application.

1.2 The changes or functions required are made based on the information you provide but also depend on technical possibilities.

1.3 There may be technical limitations for various reasons including the fact that Your application or website is on a platform that does not allow for full or partial modifications. In these cases you will be notified in writing.

1.4 Maze Digital will use commercially and technically reasonable efforts to carry out the custom programming based on Your instructions and wishes.

2. Rates
   2.1 Fees for packages of appointment hours can be found on the Maze Digital website

2.2 If Maze Digital has communicated directly and has created a preferential package, You will submit an order, via a form provided by Maze Digital

2.3 The money-back guarantee within the first 15 days, as is sometimes the case with other Maze Digital products, is explicitly excluded for this service.

3. Billing
   3.1 Payment for the package you have ordered is due monthly in advance, and payment will be made either automatically from the payment method you have authorised us to take, or manually by You, within a maximum of 5 days of sending the invoice.

3.2 For situations where the package or order placed by You, is for changes or features made only once and not recurring, then You will pay in advance only once for that order.

4. Making changes and/or functions requested by you
   4.1 They will be built on the basis of the characteristics provided by you. Maze Digital will use commercially reasonable efforts to make them so.

4.2 You will provide Maze Digital with all information, data, files, content, copies and other materials that Maze Digital may reasonably request.

4.3 Maze Digital may ask you to further clarify your instructions and wishes and will inform you if it is not possible to follow your instructions or comply with your wishes. If it is not possible to comply with Your instructions and wishes, Maze Digital will request alternative instructions and wishes that are reasonably possible to comply with.

5. Your obligations
   5.1 You acknowledge the importance of compliance with applicable Laws and agree that Maze Digital does not provide a legal or compliance advisory service. You agree to seek separate legal advice as to whether or not the requested changes or features comply with all Applicable Laws.

5.2 If You request that Maze Digital integrate third party applications, software or the like, You simultaneously grant Maze Digital permission to do so on Your behalf.

6. Maintaining your website or app
   This service does not cover the maintenance of your product.
